Which format should I choose?
MP3 plays everywhere. M4A (AAC) is efficient and common on Apple devices. FLAC and WAV are lossless but much larger.
Which bitrate is good?
192 kbps is a good default for music. 128 kbps is enough for speech.
What if the video has no sound?
You get a clear error message that the file contains no audio track.
